ZA series constant voltage and current intelligent charger are designed according to battery charging curves and features constant current and voltage, the charge protection automatic uniform charge, they are designed for storage batteries of the electric power system, communication systems, railway systems, regular boat system, the electric engine for mining, electric vehicle, pallet truck, stacker (electric fork lift trucks), electric platform vehicle, electric hydraulic platform vehicle, aerial work platform, electric amusement equipment, electric boat trip, and electric ground washer, in addition, they fully consider the operation conditions of the user, they realize the fact that no adjustment, no person on duty, intelligent charge, and stop automatically after the enough charge.

 Operation
　　1 Firmly connect the output wire of the charger and the anode and cathode of the battery charged, red to anode, black to cathode. (Note：Don’t connect anode and cathode reversedly ).
　　2 After confirm the voltage of the input power supply socket, switch on the power supply of the charger and turn the switch on. Then the charger charges the battery automatically.

three-phase: 380V±10％, single-phase: 220V±10％

Output DC voltage

the enacted main charge voltage: 2.5—2.7V every 2V monocase, the enacted float charge voltage:  2.25--2.3V every 2V monocase

Constant-current charge using

Turn the constant-voltage adjustable potentiometer to the maximum and choose the needed current using current adjustable potentiometer to constant-current charge.

Constant-voltage using

Turn the constant-current adjustable potentiometer to the maximum and choose the needed voltage using voltage adjustable potentiometer to constant-voltage charge, the voltage of the battery rises and transfers into  constant-voltage charge, and the current is reducing gradually and transfers into floating charge.

Constant-voltage with limited current automatically charge using

First, to enact the value of constant-voltage, the voltage of main charge is enacted as2.4V--2.60V every 2v monocase, or enacted according to the directions of the battery, (different kinds batteries have different constant-voltage enacted value). connect the battery, and adjust the current, first it is the constant-current charge, the voltage of the battery rises and transfers into  constant-voltage charge, and the current is reducing gradually and transfers into floating charge. It can be added the timer according to the requirement of the users, and the time of power off is decided by the users.

Notice of order

Please ensure the rating voltage of the charger according to the maximum series storage batteries, generally it is the number of storage batteries ×16V(the voltage of the storage battery is 12V)

Application scope

The charger can be used in the plate formation of the battery makers, and the initial charge of the battery as well as the charge of many suits of the batteries of users, such as car repair plant, power plant, the shop of storage battery, railways system, communications system and etc.
